New Delhi| CJI के एक बयान से एक नई पार्टी का जन्म हुआ और मात्र 4 दिन में हीं X account पर 200k+ Followers हासिल कर लिया। वही Cockroach Janta Party (@CJP_2029) का X account आज India में withheld कर दिया गया – और Founder Abhijeet Dipke ने खुद इसे “Own Goal” कहा।
X ने screen पर लिखा: “@CJP_2029 has been withheld in IN in response to a legal demand.”
यानी किसी ने इस अकाउंट के ख़िलाफ़ legal notice दिया, उसे X ने माना और India के users के लिए account काला पड़ गया।
4 दिन – 2 लाख Followers – फिर Ban
Abhijeet Dipke ने खुद post किया:

X तो गया ही। लेकिन Instagram की कहानी और बड़ी है। CJP का Instagram account 13 million (1.3 करोड़) से ज़्यादा followers तक पहुंच गया था – 4 दिन में। यह किसी भी Indian political movement का fastest growth था।
अब वो account ढूंढने पर नहीं मिल रहा। इंस्टाग्राम से गायब है।

Hacking की कोशिश भी हुई
Abhijeet Dipke ने बताया कि CJP के social media accounts को hack करने की कोशिश लगातार हो रही थी। किसने की – यह officially नहीं बताया। लेकिन timing सब कुछ कह रही है।
पहले hack करो। फिर legal demand से withheld करवाओ। फिर Instagram हटवाओ।
Dipke का एक ही जवाब था – “Own Goal.”
यानी जिसने यह करवाया, उसने खुद अपने पैर पर कुल्हाड़ी मारी।
Legal Demand किसकी थी?
X की policy के मुताबिक account तभी withheld होता है जब कोई government या court का legal order आए। India में यह IT Act Section 69A के तहत होता है – जो Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) इस्तेमाल करती है।
अब सवाल यह है कि एक satirical party – जिसके पास कोई office नहीं, कोई funding नहीं, कोई election symbol officially नहीं – उसे legal demand की ज़रूरत क्यों पड़ी?
2 लाख followers की वजह से? या manifesto की 5 demands की वजह से?
Cockroaches को कुचला नहीं जा सकता
CJP का tagline था – “You cannot squash a movement.”
उन्होंने कहा था कि cockroach मरता नहीं। और अब proof मिल रहा है।
Account ban होते ही X पर #CJPBanned और #OwnGoal trend करने लगा। लोग screenshot share कर रहे हैं। नए accounts बन रहे हैं। Website अभी भी live है।
जिस आग को बुझाने के लिए यह सब किया गया – वो और भड़क गई।
Abhijeet Dipke अभी क्या कर रहे हैं?
Boston में बैठे Dipke अपने personal account @abhijeet_dipke से active हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि वो Dalit हैं – यह भी एक statement था जो उन्होंने उन लोगों के जवाब में दिया जो उनकी background पर सवाल उठा रहे थे।
Movement रुकी नहीं है। बस address बदल गया है। Dipke ने नया x Account लॉन्च कर Follow करने की अपील की है।
यह पहली बार नहीं है
India में satirical या opposition accounts को withheld करने का इतिहास नया नहीं है। The Wire, Alt News और कई journalists के accounts पर पहले भी ऐसी कार्रवाई हो चुकी है। लेकिन एक satirical youth movement को इतनी जल्दी – सिर्फ 4 दिन में – legal demand से बंद करवाना, यह नई बात है।
और यही वो बात है जो CJP को और बड़ा बना देगी। क्योंकि cockroach को जितना कुचलो – वो उतना ज़्यादा फैलता है।
