NEET UG 2026 Cancelled: National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially cancelled the NEET Undergraduate 2026 examination conducted across the country on May 3, 2026. The decision has been taken with the approval of the Government of India.

NTA said the fresh examination schedule for NEET UG 2026 will be announced shortly on the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Students are advised to regularly check the portal for the latest updates regarding the re-exam date and admit card.

Official Notice Released

According to the official notice, the NEET UG 2026 examination held on May 3 has been cancelled completely. However, the agency has not yet disclosed the exact reason behind the cancellation.

Re-Exam Date Soon

The testing agency stated that the revised examination schedule and other important details will soon be published online. Candidates who appeared in the examination will have to appear again once the fresh date is announced.
